You signed the contract. It was your responsibility to read it carefully before signing it. And you cannot take that name domain or sue them for it unless you have proof that it belongs to you. You do not have proof because you signed the contract - the contract stated that it would be the property of the company and not yours. I've worked with the Office of Consumer Protection for a few years now and this is unfortunate. It happens way too often. Especially with cellphone contracts. I'm sorry to say, but I hardly doubt anything you do about this will work out. It was your responsibility. You signed it. No one forced you. You can't sue them because you didn't feel like reading the long, complicated contract.
